Every object leaves the studio carefully packed — protected for transport and accompanied by its Object Card.
Shipping
Availability & processing
The objects are made in small batches and are only offered while they are actually in stock. Whatever you can select in the shop is on hand and usually ships within 1–2 business days of payment. Nothing is made to order — once a batch is sold out, that combination of size and colorway is temporarily unavailable until the next batch is finished.
Shipping costs & delivery times
Delivery time consists of 1–2 business days of processing plus the carrier's transit time.

All prices include statutory VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply and are payable by the recipient.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Packaging
Fragile objects are shipped with additional protection. I recommend keeping the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the object.
Returns & right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving reasons. The complete, legally binding withdrawal policy is available here: Widerrufsbelehrung (German)
How to declare your withdrawal
The simplest way is the EU withdrawal form, which you will always find in the footer. You can also declare your withdrawal informally, for example by email to support@norablatt.de — no particular form is required.
How to send the object back
Please return the object within 14 days of declaring your withdrawal — ideally in its original packaging and sufficiently protected. A short message in advance helps me match your return to your order, but it is not required.
Return shipping costs
You bear the cost of the return shipment.
Refunds
The purchase price including the outbound shipping cost (at the cheapest standard shipping option offered) will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, via the payment method you used. The refund may be withheld until the object has been returned or you have provided proof that it has been sent back.
Transport damage
If an object arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days) with photos of the packaging and the object — you will receive a replacement or a refund straight away. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
